Manufacturer needs Mechanical Laboratory for durability testing of DC starter motors (4-7 kW). At nominal torque load, measure current draw and speed. Must exceed minimum speed and remain under maximum current draw. Test cycle is 1 start per 2 minutes. Part must function per requirements at end of 28,000 cycles.

Third-Party Laboratory needed for disassembly, examination and testing of headphones for loose staples after consumer report of two staples fell out of a set of headphones . A picture of the staple has been sent to the manufacturer for comment and they have confirmed that staples are not used in the construction of the headphones. We are searching or 3rd party to disassemble the headphones in question and maybe a new set and advise if there are any staples used and/or if a loose staple could become lodged in the headphones and fall out later.

Polymers Laboratory needed for conducting an environmental simulation study on polycarbonate headlight lens of an led headlight for freezing rain and snow. to see if the snow and rain build up and or stick to the lens while the light is illuminated on the vehicle. at what temperature does the light stop melting the precipitation. then we want to introduce a chemical to the lens and see if it prevents or improves the lights ability to shed moisture and prevent icing. we want to test 5 different headlights
