Analytical Chemistry Laboratory needed for transmission electron microscopy TEM analysis of polyethylene. A small piece of the polyethylene sample will be cut, placed in a small glass vial, covered with chlorsulfonic acid, and kept at 60oC for 6 hours. The sample is then washed in sulfuric acid and water and subsequently dried. The dry sample is embedded using a room temperature cure epoxy in a silicone mold and left overnight. This sample block is then trimmed with a razor blade to expose the sample and ultra-microtomed at room temperature. The resulting sections, approximately 70 nm thick, are collected on 300 mesh copper grids and post stained with a 7% aqueous solution of uranyl acetate for three hours. The sections are then imaged in the TEM using 100kV-accelerating voltage.

Mircobiology laboratory needed for investigating the effect of our patented "energy oscillations" on bacterial cells. For that reason we would like to do an experiment with E. coli cells to see whether energised media rises metabolic activity of this cells. This means that we will energise media ourself. In that case we will need from contract lab 2-3 l of sterile bacterial media (if possible in a glass bottle). Furthermore, we will be happy that contract lab will grow E.coli over night in standard media, energised media, and in media that increases a metabolic activity of bacterial cells (we hope that contract lab has an idea which kind of media we can use). The metabolic activity should be measured via direct cell count and via oscilographic measuring the H2 amount. In that case we can provide contract lab an oscilograph. In case that contract lab has another idea how to measure a metabolitic activity of E.coli cells, we will be very grateful to do that.
We would be very happy, if you could arrange this experiment for us, and inform us about the costs. If it is possible to arrange this in Europe, we will be very happy. It is also fine with us to do this with a lab in the US.
Product Safety Laboratory needed for chemistry and biology testing in an aquarium upon addition of glass instead of gravel in the bottom of an aquarium. We need to ensure that the glass doesn't change the chemistry of the water or harm the fish. We would need PH, chlorine, alkalinity, and hardness tests done. We would like a time-lapse report of the biological growth over a 30-60 day period. We would like it compared against epoxy gravel as the control model. We would also like the tests done using fresh and saltwater.
