LONG-TERM TESTING Large UK consulting firm needs geological laboratory for monthly geotechnical soil tests including: sulphate reducing bacteria/reduction/oxidation potential/pH (corrosivity test), electrical resistivity, XRD test, resonant column, cyclic shear strength under combined average and cyclic loads for triaxial and direct simple shear (DSS) stress paths, creep data to define loss of strength under sustained load, remoulded soil consolidation characteristic (compressibility and permeability), reconsolidated remoulded soil strength characteristics, and thixotropy.
FDA GLP and EPA Industrial Hygiene laboratory needed for antimicrobial efficacy testing of a organo-silane antimicrobial agent against a variety of viruses including Norovirus, H1N1, Rotavirus and Ebola to demonstrate efficacy. The active antimicrobial ingredient is CAS 27688-52-6 at 0.75% concentration in an aqueous solution.
Mode of action : organo-silane is applied to a clean surface and allowed to dry. Active ingredient copolymer bonds to the treated surface forming a biostatic film that is bound to the surface. Organisms are attracted to the bound long chain molecule and cell walls are are disrupted by the long carbon chain (lyses) and electrically disrupted by a positively charged nitrogen ion.
Materials laboratory needed for IEC testing of adhesive tapes to IEC 60454 (pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for electrical purposes) including tensile strength, elongation at break, flexibility, electrical conductivity, adhesiveness, weathering testing, fire resistance, thermal endurance, and water vapor permeability.
Electrical laboratory needed for inductor testing to AC + DC load life testing of three production lots
1 3 separate lots of 77pcs each
2 Chamber temp = 85°C
3 DC current 3A
4 AC ripple current ?1A (@400kHz)
5 Each lot test time = 96hrs
We would provide populated test boards with 60 inductors on each board as shown below; (20 parallel strings of 3 inductors in series)
No parametric testing required, just the use of the temp chamber and the appropriate source(s) to ensure each inductor has 3A DC and 1A ripple current (@400kHz)
We do not have the equipment to conduct this customer requested test battery. Can you help?
