Ginger Beer ABV Testing

Project Description

California Contract Laboratory needed for alcohol by volume ABV testing of ginger beer and need to test ABV. Unfermented sugars in solutions throw off the traditional brix calculations. Specific gravity is high, and the brix adjusted numbers don't seem to work with the solution density we are working with.
