URGENT
Pharmaceutical Preclinical Contract Research Organization needed for batch to batch (1 to 10/month) comparison evaluation with electron microscopy images of particles from a vaccine based on virus like particles. These particles consist solely of the protein shell of the virus and are not infectious or dangerous. To this end, we finished the biochemical analysis and would now like to extend the research to electron microscopy to get a clear image of the produced particles. We are interested in a negative staining to proof the presence of the spike protein on the surface of the developed particles. We are looking for a contractor that will assist with the batch-to-batch comparison of particle production.
