MULTIPLE TESTS
ISO and FDA GMP Food Laboratory needed for the following tests on food products:

1. We want to do a shelf life testing on or products.
2. We want to determine the nutrition facts (fats, carbohydrates, proteins) of our products
3. For propolis we want to do some physiochemical and phytochemical testing:
The parameters we want to test on are:
- Melting point
- Density
- Moisture content
- pH
- Acid value
- Saponification value
- Antioxidant activity (DPPH)
- Ester value
- Iodine absorption number
- Peroxide value
- Ash content and minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, nickel, cobalt, vanadium, strontium
- Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E
- Pesticide residue
- Heavy metals
- Antibiotics
- Wax concentration
- Total phenols
- Phenolic Acids
- Polyphenols
- Flavonoids
- Aromatic esters
