ISO 17025 and FDA GMP Europe Food Laboratory needed for shelf life testing on food products which will consist of:
2. We want to determine the nutrition facts (fats, carbohydrates, proteins) of our products
3. For propolis we want to do some physiochemical and phytochemical testing:
The parameters we want to test on are:
- Melting point
- Density
- Moisture content
- pH
- Acid value
- Saponification value
- Antioxidant activity (DPPH)
- Ester value
- Iodine absorption number
- Peroxide value
- Ash content and minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, nickel, cobalt, vanadium, strontium
- Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E
- Pesticide residue
- Heavy metals
- Antibiotics
- Wax concentration
- Total phenols
- Phenolic Acids
- Polyphenols
- Flavonoids
- Aromatic esters
