Clinical Evaluation of 200 NP Virus Swab Samples (Real-Time PCR)

Project Description

Biosciences Company needs Clinical Medical Laboratory for Clinical Evaluation:
· 100 retrospective NP swab samples previously characterized by another molecular method (please specify method).
o 20 Influenza A (mix of H3, H1 from 2019 or before)
o 20 Influenza B
o 20 RSV (Mix of RSV A and RSV B)
o 20 SARS-CoV-2
o 20 Negatives

Contrived Sample Testing:
· Up to 100 samples tested.
· Contrived samples will be prepared at the client location, stored at -80C and shipped to the site for testing.

The client would like to save all eluate/samples tested that remain at the end of the study for shipment back to them.
