Recombinant Human Insulin Testing

Project Description

USA Pharmaceutical Laboratory needed for the following tests on recombinant human Insulin:
-Nephelometry & Thioflavin T tests to detect aggregation after pumping insulin through a system.
-HPLC assays for potency and insulin-related proteins. Preferably previously developed/validated assays for recombinant human insulin and lispro.

We are also looking for quantitative fluorescence microscopy to evaluate coagulation protein adhesion on a surface.
