Protein and PTM identification in gel sample via Mass Spectroscopy

Project Description

Bioanalytical Laboratory needed to identify a protein band that has been resolved on a protein gel and quantitate the amount of protein (and any PTMs). We would like to submit a gel cut-out and identify the protein and any modifications that it may have undergone (including glycosylation).
