Project Description

Outstanding Contract Research Organization CRO needed who can do Circular Dichroism Experiments. Specifically we are interested in using CD to probe the interactions between our compounds and phospholipid bilayers in liposomes at different pH's. The manuscript Peptides of pHLIP family for targeted intracellular and extracellular delivery of cargo molecules to tumors published in PNAS in 2018 (DOI: 10.1073/pnas.1715350115) will serve as a guide We will have a number (5 to 10) of compounds we would like to assess. We look forward to hearing from you.
