Accredited FDA GMP / GLP and ISO 17025 Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for comparison study of a protein (mW ~5700 g/mol) from two different manufacturers by the following tests:
? residual DNA
? peptide mapping
? CD (circular dichroism) or optical rotation
? crystalline shape and particle size
? molecular weight determination by Mass Spectrometry
? amino acid sequence determination (full sequence and N-terminal sequences)
? disulfide bond determination and conformational determination by NMR and/or X-ray
? IE (Isoelectric Focusing)
