MULTIPLE TESTING & SAMPLES

We are currently seeking a CLIA-certified lab partner capable of processing approximately 1,000 pharmacogenomic (PGx) and immune-related diagnostic tests per quarter. We are focused exclusively on Medicare- and Medi-Cal-reimbursable testing and are interested in labs with existing experience in this area. Relevant CPT codes include:

- PGx Panel: 81225, 81226, 81227, 81230, 81231, 81232, 81233, 81291, 81355, 81400, 81401, 81408, 81479

- Immunology/Inflammation Panel: 86003, 86140, 86225, 86352, 86803.

We are particularly interested in labs that:

- Maintain full CLIA certification in California

- Are actively enrolled and billing under Medicare and Medi-Cal;

- Can support high-throughput PGx and inflammatory marker panels with efficient turnaround times; and

- Have availability for near-term onboarding.
