CFU Reduction Assay for Nanoparticle Wound Care Contact Layer

MULTIPLE TESTING
Need colony-forming unit (CFU) reduction assay in NY / NJ for electric stimulation testing of a biodegradable, nanoparticle-infused permeable contact layer for battlefield wound care that uses microPillar technology. The material is intended to prevent infection and reduce pain in complex traumatic penetrating injuries while allowing moisture, drainage, and exudate to pass through into a secondary dressing.
We require testing per ASTM E2315 and ISO 10993 to evaluate:
- Dissolution rates and biodegradability
- Antimicrobial efficacy (against military-relevant pathogens, such as MRSA, Pseudomonas)
