LONG TERM
We need flow cytometry, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) for a candidate surface biomarkers panel for a project. Testing is required to validate surface expression via flow cytometry and IHC, assess cytotoxic efficacy in vitro (co-culture assays), and evaluate safety and antitumor activity in vivo using xenograft and syngeneic mouse models. The goal is to translate these insights into clinically relevant products such as biomarker panels for diagnosis/prognosis and potential CAR-T/NK-CAR cell-based therapeutic candidates.
