Rodent Model PoC Study for Cholingitis
Project Description
Preclinical CRO needed for mouse model proof of study PoC for Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC). Specifically, we would like to know if you can develop a PSC mouse model for this study. We are open to using either mouse or rat models for this evaluation. I
f you have prior experience conducting PoC studies using PSC models, we would appreciate information on the positive controls used in those studies. Additionally, please provide us with the estimated time required for developing each model.
