Pharmaceutical Laboratory needed for insulin stability studies using Waters HPLC system: The specifics of what needs to be measured; strength, product-related impurities, and finally formulation components.
We also need to know if you perform concentration measurements: We need to measure:
- Higher Molecular Weight Protein (HMWP)/deamidated, oxidized, and isomerized forms,
- phenol
- m-cresol, and
- zinc content with pH.
