MULTIPLE TESTING
USA / CALIFORNIA Contract food testing laboratory needed for testing the quality, composition, and compliance with U.S. import standards of a batch of extra virgin olive oil imported from Greece. The testing should include chemical analysis for
- free fatty acids
- peroxide value
- polyphenol content.

Additionally, we require sensory evaluation to ensure the oil meets premium standards of taste and aroma.
