URGENT
MULTIPLE TESTING
US Independent food testing lab needed to perform Nutrition analysis on one of our food products per the FDA standards, focusing on:
- Phytate
- Lectins
- Tannins
- Protease inhibitors
- Calcium oxalate

We manufacture a variety of soaked/sprouted nut and grain products. I am attempting to quantitate and substantiate nutritional and ?anti-nutrient? claims both before and after the soaking and drying process.

Could you please indicate if you are able to perform the above analysis and any other input that would be helpful in the assessment?
