CLIA-accredited (CAP or COLA- accreditation is preferred) high-complexity clinical lab needed to run around 1,000 tests per month at the first stage and grow this number significantly over the next 12 months.
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize analytes: Use partial panel codes in QNS (quantity not sufficient) situations.
- Ability to perform typical immunochemistry and general chemistry tests such as:
- Testosterone
- Insulin
- Lipids
- Either with patient self-collected Microtainer or dry blood spot samples
