Plastic Materials Comparison and Characteristics Testing
Project Description
MULTIPLE TESTING
Contract Laboratory needed for comparison testing of plastics to be used in manufacturing by injection and extrusion to ensure they comply with the following characteristics:
- Must be biodegradable
- Must be as transparent/translucent as possible
- Must have close mechanical properties in comparison with LDPE (low density polyethylene) and HDPE (high density polyethylene)
Also, if you have the available infrastructure, we'd like to extrude a couple of meters of tube (external diameter of around 13mm, with different thickness from 0.5 to 3mm) and inject some random samples using these materials, so we can run some internal tests into our final application.
