MULTIPLE TESTING
Third Party Medical Testing Facility needed for human blood experimental testing as per the following protocol:
starting from three tubes of whole blood from healthy adults, we need to 1- have tube 1 for plasma and PBMC and cryopreservation, 2- tube 2 will be split to three samples two will receive an antigen and the third is the control and 4 hours of stimulation we need the isolation of innate immune cells followed by DNA and RNA extraction. 3- Tube 3 will be treated like tube two only the stimulation will go on for 24 hours.
