ASTM Polyester Tie Down Webbing Abrasion Resistance and Cut Resistance Testing

Canada, USA or China Physical Laboratory needed for abrasion resistance and cut resistance testing of polyester tie down webbing to ASTM D6770.
The cut resistance test needs to be performed specifically on the edge of the tie down webbing, not across the entire width. I am testing the difference between polyester and textilene on the edges.
