Components: 5-methylfurfural (GC/MS) ug/L, cis-Oak lactone (GC/MS) ug/L, eugenol (GC/MS) ug/L, furfural (GC/MS) ug/L, guaiacol (GC/MS) ug/L, isoeugenol (Gc/MS) ug/L, trans-Oak lactone (GC/MS) ug/L, vanillin (GC/MS) ug/L
Analysis of an oak sampi can provide enhanced understanding of how the oak will influence a wine's flavor and aroma.
