Electronics Paper Tubing Adhesive Performance Testing

Contract Laboratory needed for performance testing an adhesive used for paper tubing for the electronic industry. The paper is spiral wind it into round, square and rectangular shapes. We use an amide-imide polymer and trimellitic anhydride in an NMP solution, about 34% solids as an adhesive to bond the layers of paper together. The application of the adhesive is applied over a roller onto strips of multiple layers of paper and activated by using industrial heat guns.
