Cellular Products Immunomagnetic Cell Separation

Project Description

MULTIPLE TESTS
Molecular Biology Laboratory needed for immunomagnetic cell separation of cellular products including the following:

1. HLA typing (We'll provide the tissue material).

2. Cell magnetic separation (around 30 cells, we'll provide them also). Separate those cells , which have the same HLA as that you have been typed from tissue material we provided firstly.

3. Make cell culture from rest of the cells, which stayed in the field after HLA typed cells have been removed.
