USA Food Laboratory needed for assay on raffinose, stachyose and verbascose content in beans: control and post-treatment samples. 3 treatment samples and 3 control samples. Measure these three oligosaccharides post-treatment and compare to prep-treatment. We will send frozen cooked bean samples and lab will perform homogenization and clarification sample prep.
