Biotechnology Laboratory needed for the following early Research and Development , non-GLP research projects:
Seed fibroblasts (or other related cells/tissue) into patch scaffolds to assess attachment, viability and growth
Culture tissue (or 3D cell culture) with patch scaffolds and assess attachment, viability and growth in combination with scaffold degradation
Histology (H/E or Masons Trichrome staining) for tissue culture to study tissue-scaffold interface and tissue reactions to biomaterials
