Liquor Identification and Testing for Museum

MULTIPLE TESTING
Museum needs USA Laboratory for testing cache of liquor bottles hidden in the cellar of a building. Provenance information suggests that it was analyzed at a local University and found to be a good grade of brandy though we are skeptical of this claim. The building has been documented to be a liquor sales establishment before, during and after US prohibition. We are curious about the procedure and cost of having a sample tested to see if it is, indeed, quality brandy, ethyl alcohol and food coloring, etc. Thanks!
