IRB Study Bioassays on Human Skin
Project Description
BUDGET APPROVED ($10,000)FDA GMP Bioanalytical Laboratory needed bioassays on human skin to measure SA-ß-galactosidase, nuclear lamina protein Lamin B1, the inner nuclear membrane protein lamin B receptor (LBR) and lamina-associated polypeptide-a (LAP2a). As well, I am looking to examine the cell cycle regulators p16(INK4a), p21(CIP1) and p53. The samples are human skin from an IRB approved study.
