Photodegradation & oxidative stress testing. Testing Requirements
1. Subject solutions to fluorescent and UV radiation according to ICH guidelines (200, 1000, 2000 watt hours/m2) for one day.
2. Subject solutions to oxygen pressure (60C, 150 psi) for four days.
Once photo- and oxidative-stress conditions have been completed return stressed solutions within 24 hours for analysis.
