Photodegradation & oxidative stress testing. Testing Requirements
1. Subject solutions to fluorescent and UV radiation according to ICH guidelines (200, 1000, 2000 watt hours/m2) for one day.
2. Subject solutions to oxygen pressure (60C, 150 psi) for four days.
Once photo- and oxidative-stress conditions have been completed return stressed solutions within 24 hours for analysis.
Viscoelastic characterization of polymers -DMA frequency scans in the tensile mode, at multiple temperatures (about 10 temps - 5 above Tg and 5 below). The output I need is the master curve. Number of materials will be between 10-15. SOme of these materials will the stiff (E about 20GPa), and some will be soft (E about 4GPa). Also some of these materials will be in 4-5 mil thick sheets.
