Full testing of 12 Herbal Nutritional Supplements products for: Stability Testing, Shelf Life, Full Microhemistry and Analytical Chemistry Make-ups, Product dissolution and absorption quality to aid in effectively recommending the usage/dosage, Proof of Concept, equality of raw material distribution per capsule, Nutritional Labeling. We would like the products assessed so that we may put nutritional labeling on each of our products stating the percentage of vitamins, minerals, enzymatic and trace metal content of each product versus the daily allowances recommended by the FDA.
Photodegradation & oxidative stress testing. Testing Requirements
1. Subject solutions to fluorescent and UV radiation according to ICH guidelines (200, 1000, 2000 watt hours/m2) for one day.
2. Subject solutions to oxygen pressure (60C, 150 psi) for four days.
Once photo- and oxidative-stress conditions have been completed return stressed solutions within 24 hours for analysis.
Viscoelastic characterization of polymers -DMA frequency scans in the tensile mode, at multiple temperatures (about 10 temps - 5 above Tg and 5 below). The output I need is the master curve. Number of materials will be between 10-15. SOme of these materials will the stiff (E about 20GPa), and some will be soft (E about 4GPa). Also some of these materials will be in 4-5 mil thick sheets.
GMP Compliant lab to perform the following: Full Monograph Testing (individual and total) for the following items:·,Magnesium Stearate·,Maltodextin·,Polyethylene Glycol·,Silicon Dioxide,·Stearic Acid·,Croscarmellose Sodium,,Dibasic Calcium Phosphate·,Lactose Monohydrate·, Specific Rotation for Ephedrine HCl·,Diphenhydramine HCl Organic Nitrogenous Bases for a pharmaceutical company
assess the androgenic activity, in a quantitative fashion, of a single steriod with the trivial name tetrahydrogestrinone(THG) in a pilot scale study. Either an aquatic organism model or rodent model would appear adequate to provide the information desired but other potential testing types will be considered such as in-vitro receptor binding studies. The study should compare the relative androgenicity of THG to a reference compound such as testosterone
