Agriculture Insect Repellent Toxicology Studies (2 Products)
Project Description
Toxicology Laboratory needed for toxicological profile of repellents of inorganic and botanical origin (for agricultural use), of which we require the following analysis:
Inorganic repellents: I. Acute oral median lethal dose (LD50) - expressed in mg/kg body weight. II. Acute dermal lethal dose (LD50) - expressed in mg/kg body weight. III. Inhalation acute median lethal concentration (LC50) - expressed in mg/dm3 or mg/m3. IV. Eye and dermal irritation and corrosive properties study. - Botanical repellents: I. Acute toxicity (LD50) via oral route, one dose and cumulative, 28 days. II. Acute toxicity (LD50) pulmonary by inhalation, 28 days. III. Acute dermal toxicity (LD50), 28 days. IV. Oral pathogenicity, single dose and cumulative, 28 days. V. Intraperitoneal or intravenous toxicity. VI. Skin and eye irritation. VII. Hypersensitivity VIII. Oral administration on two species, one in rodent (rat) and the other in non-rodent.
