Viral Cross-Reactivity Study wit Respiratory Viruses

Project Description

Preclinical Contract Research Organization CRO needed viral cross-reactivity testing with LFA diagnostic. Respiratory viruses that need to be tested include: Adenovirus, hMPV, Parainfluenza virus 1-4, Influenza A and B, Enterovirus, RSV, human Coronaviruses 229E, OC43, NL63, MERS coronavirus, and SARS CoV-1. These would need to be quantitated before testing (TCID50 or PFU/ml) with a testing concentration of 10^5 PFU/ml or higher. We would provide the tests and instructions.
