Mining Company needs geotechnical lab for beneficiation testing of iron, hematite and limonite.1. We need to make a complete upgrading test (beneficiation test). 2. The beneficiation tests should content the following tests:- a- Beneficiation processing test and analysis (i) Grinding. (ii) Analysis by boult and water. (iii) Decomposition degree. (iv) Gravity separation. (v) High intensity magnetic separation. (vi) Flotation separation. (vii) Analysis size. b- Laboratory expended (grinding in the ball mill, grinding & sorting by gravity, high intensity magnetic machine, reverse or direct flotation, upgraded ore and tailings). c- A complete pilot plant processing test. d- Any others require tests need for the complete upgrading test. 3.
