Pressure Cooker Cooking Performance Testing for Substantiation of Claims

Consumer Products Laboratory needed for cooking performance testing of Pressure Cooker to substantiate claims for the cooking time of food.

Can you quote me on a price to do:  Purchase 2 sets of identical food items (i:e X-lb of Chicken, X-lb of pork tenderloin, X-pieces of X-oz Chicken breasts, X-lb ham etc etc) Note pre-heat time & cook food group A in a traditional oven and document cook time (with photos and documentation of testing, temperature, etc) Note time pressure builds & cook food group B in the Cuckoo and document cook time (with photos and documentation of testing, temperature, etc) for Pressure Cooker items , we like to have Cook times and Capacity Claims submitted. Typical claims we look for are outlined below, which inturn once approved we can have an on-air graphic created that will amplify the timing savings from using a Pressure Cooker versus a Traditional Oven. The example of the final outcome of the on-air graphic is also noted below. APPROVED CLAIMS Short ribs (4 long 2 thick) will take approx. 90-150 minutes to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take 20-25 mins. to cook A 2.5 to 4 lb. round or rump roast will take approx. 30-35 mins. per pound to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take approx. 15-20 mins. per pound A whole 3 to 4 lb. chicken will take approx. 23-30 mins. per pound to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take approx. 8 mins. per pound 4 oz. boneless chicken breasts will take approx. 20-30mins. to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take approx. 6-8 mins. to cook Ham, picnic shoulder, boneless (5 lbs.) will take 30-35 mins. to cook per pound with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take 8 mins. to cook Pork tenderloin (1/2 to 1-1/2 lbs.) will take 20-30 mins. to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take 20 mins. per pound to cook 4-6 lb. turkey breast will take 90-135 mins. to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take 20-25 mins. to cook Turkey drumstick (1 leg ¾ to 1 lb.) will take 120-135 mins. to cook with a traditional oven; under pressure it will take 15-20 mins. to cook Can you please advise price and turnaround time?
