Semiconductor TEM and FIB analysis
Project Description
LONG-TERM TESTING Independent Contract Laboratory needed for semiconductor TEM and FIB analysis for 20 semiconductor samples/month. Our requirements are as follows.
1. Need regularly - few times a month to almost every other day.
2. Imaging features (holes and channels) from 20 nm to 1 nm. May require FIB sample prep.
3. Fast turnaround is crucial (2 days). Please provide pricing for different turnaround times also - it will be useful for other clients.
