Microbiology Laboratory needed for 16s rRNA pyrosequencing of Buteo jamaicensis

Project Description

USA Undergraduate Researcher has funding and needs Microbiology Laboratory for microbe identification of 20 fecal samples by 16s rRNA pyrosequencing of Buteo jamaicensis down to the species level. Samples would require extraction, sequencing and analysis. 16s rRNA pyrosequencing is preferred. I am an undergraduate researcher conducting research on the gut microbiome of raptors.
