Cosmetic Fibres Microbiology Studies
Project Description
United Kingdom UK Microbiology laboratories needed for microbiological tests on fibres used in cosmetics
There are two reasons for testing -
1. To determine the antimicrobial properties of the sample
2. To determine the presence and concentration of bacteria present on the sample after certain durations (specifically E. Coli and Staph but also any other microorganisms in accordance with regulations)
The product is a microfibre used in the cosmetic industry.
As I do not have a full microbiological background - any information on what kind of testing would be suitable or what the best route to go about for this project would be appreciated.
If you are able to provide these types of testing, could you please give us information on how the tests works as well as cost?
