Project Description

Preclinical lab needed for efficacy study testing, an amyloid beta induced Alzheimer'd disease animal model, e.g. the APP overexpressor and other mouse models to test our compound.

We are looking for an assay to test effects on dendritic structure and spine density in cortex/hippocampus as well as to test the effects of our compound on mitochondrial translocation/accumulation of the APP precursor protein.
