HIV-1 Genotyping for RT and Integrase
Project Description
Large Medical Center needs Genetics Laboratory for HIV-1 genotyping test for RT and Integrase as part of HIV-1 research project, we are growing T cells in tissue culture media, and propagating HIV on those cells in a laboratory setting. We need to screen RT and Integrase of these viruses for possible drug resistance mutations. We would like these samples to be genotype tested.
