Analytical Chemistry Laboratory needed for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, identification of different isomers and different carbon chains in Calcium alkyle benzene sulfonate. The compound is having various number of Carbon chains linked with Benzene ring at ( We don't know at what position , o,m,p) . Benzene ring is sulfonated. Two no. of sulfonated alkyl benzene is linked with Calcium.
So its calcium salt of alkyl benzene sulfonate.
We want to see;
Carbon chain distribution
No. of double bonds if there is any
Branched chains of carbon.
Position on which carbon chain is attached to benzene ring.(o,m,p)
Position on which benzene rings is attached to carbon chain. .( whether it is terminal or secondary)
CAS number of each molecules present in the substance.
Impurity profile of the substance.
Calcium ions quantification and detection.
