Residual Host Cell DNA by qpcr

Project Description

Biotechnology Company needs Genetics Laboratory needed to perform residual host cell DNA by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR),. Protein samples are derived from SP2/0 mouse myeloma cell line. Please let me know if your lab is capable of perform this assay and is specific for SP2/0. This assay will be used for characterization but will require additional tests to ensure no inhibition/enhancement effects and recovery of DNA.
