Project Description

Bioanalytical Laboratory needed for assay of select inflammatory biomarkers to confirm the presence of inflammatory cytokines: CXCL1, TNF alpha and IL1b in murine corneal tissue. The frozen specimens of murine corneal tissue subsequent to treatment with LPS in order to induce corneal inflammation. We are requesting assay of select inflammatory biomarkers to confirm presence of inflammatory cytokines. We anticipate submission 10 specimens for analysis. Analyses should be done in duplicates.
