Preclinical, Non-GMP Laboratory needed for tumor murin model testing to determine whether an inhibitor might or might not have anti-metastatic activity. In vitro tests showed that our compound has an anti-migration activity. Ideally, we would like to implant the tumor cells orthotopically and let them form metastasis from the site of implantation. Do you manage such orthotopic models? in particular with the breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231? Do you use cell lines engineered with bioluminescence / fluorescence marker to track metastasis spreading/growth ?
