Project Description

Food Laboratory needed for cabbage testing including: nutritional analysis, pesticide, heavy metal and microbiological contamination analysis of 2 varieties of cabbages we sell in Mongolia. Specific tests include -Pesticide contamination (How many kinds of pesticides do you test, and how much?)-Nutritional analysis, including moisture, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, ash, vitamin C, B6, folic acid, manganese and potassium (Do you have any other recommendation and how much are these tests?)-Heavy metal contamination (Cd, Pb, Hg) also how much? -Microbiological contamination.
