FDA/ GLP microbiology laboratory needed for Disinfectant efficacy testing for Sporicidal Activity of Disinfectant

1.Reuse Stressing of Disinfectant
- 24 hours, followed by
2.Sporicidal Activity of stressed Disinfectants
3. Time course with 3 contact times
4. T= 19 ± 1°C
5. Use Clostridium sporogenes
6. Porcelain penicylinders
7. No soil load
8. 30 carriers
9. Reused stressed product is prepared by diluting substance in filter sterilized distilled water. The diluted substance is then subjected to simulated use and bio-burden stressing followed by sporicidal testing after 24 hours.
