Project Description
Preclinical Contract Research Organization needed for multiplex assays or proteomic studies for toxicity study on therapeutic treatment for Muscular Dystrophy. The study involves determination of kidney and liver toxicity in mouse samples (i.e. serum and urine). Our aim is to determine whether we can detect kidney and liver toxicity biomarkers in mice which have been chronically treated with these oligos at various doses. If we can successfully detect elevated biomarkers then this will help determine the therapeutic window of the drug, which will greatly assist in screening for safer and more effective treatment.
