South Africa and/or Kenya Environmental Laboratory needed preparation of tender specifications for quantitative laboratory analysis of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in soil, oil, water and wastes.
2. Develop specifications for reagents to be used by laboratory for quantitative analysis of PCBs in soil, water, oil and waste.
3. Specify qualitative field screening/testing method, equipment & train others to field test electrical transformers oil, soil and water an d waste for PCBs.
