Biotechnology Laboratory neded for Surface charge analysis of an intact virus like particle and comparison to the live virus (MMV). Particles must be intact when analyzing. Suggested methods include capillary gel isoelectric focusing, chromatofocusing, zeta potential, etc.I can provide samples of both.
